Kyle Chavers

Kyle Chavers, MBA, PMP, is an experienced executive in the consulting industry, currently serving as Executive Director at Capco since January 2014, where responsibilities include driving client account delivery and sales leadership within the Strategy and Transformation practice. Previously, Kyle held roles such as Managing Principal and Principal Consultant, where expertise in Agile Transformation and team development was demonstrated by building a robust delivery team and managing the training of over 250 consultants. Earlier experience includes project management at MPR Associates, Inc., where Kyle provided consulting services to diverse clients, including federal agencies, and served in various capacities within the U.S. Coast Guard, overseeing engineering divisions and business functions. Kyle holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
