Martha Férez

Martha Férez currently serves as Managing Principal at Capco since January 2022. Previously, Martha held the position of Head of Change for Non-Financial Risk at Deutsche Bank from November 2017 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Risk Manager at Banco Santander, Management Consultant at BCS Consulting, and Management Consultant at Accenture UK. Martha began her career as a Business Process Transformation Analyst at PepsiCo. In terms of education, Martha is pursuing an Executive MSc in Behavioural Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), expected to be completed by December 2025, and holds a first-class BEng in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, awarded in 2007.
