Mathan Kumar

Mathan Kumar is a Principal Consultant at Capco since July 2021, managing business transformation initiatives for a prominent global bank and leading a high-performing team of ten members. Prior to this role, Mathan served as an Assistant Vice President at BNP Paribas Securities Services, directing a team of approximately 100 FTEs in delivering Net Asset Value calculations for the Luxembourg region while enhancing process efficiencies. Mathan also contributed as a Senior Manager at State Street HCL Services, overseeing multiple teams in Portfolio Reconciliations, and held positions at Tata Consultancy Services and JPMorgan, focusing on reconciliations and accounts payable. Mathan holds a Post Graduate Executive Program in Finance and Management from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University.
