Monica Henderson

Monica Henderson is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and consulting, currently serving as Principal Consultant - Digital at Capco since April 2015. Monica spearheaded a global program for HSBC, overseeing multiple work streams across key markets, and launched a digital department within a global financial consulting firm. Prior to Capco, Monica held significant roles at Critical Mass, where responsibilities included establishing a new regional office in Singapore and leading a digital design team for Citibank. Monica has also contributed to kbs+p toronto and Isobar, managing client engagements and overseeing production studios. Monica holds a Master's degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and has completed additional coursework at the London Business School.
