Reto Schlaepfer

Reto Schlaepfer is a decisive and entrepreneurial leader currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco since 2025 and co-founding Oaswiss AG, where they also hold the position of Chairman. With a background in public relations and operations, Reto has held various prominent roles, including VP of Operations at Zurich North America and Managing Director for Experian in Switzerland. Reto began their professional journey as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and progressed through multiple leadership positions, notably as Chief Procurement Officer at Zurich Insurance Company. Reto is pursuing a Master of Arts in History, Geography, and Constitutional Law at Universität Zürich.
