Sangeetha Natarajan

Sangeetha Natarajan is the Head HR Business Partner at Capco. Sangeetha has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management, Inclusion and Diversity, and Employee Engagement.

Sangeetha began their career as an HR Business Partner at Mu Sigma in December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with the business to manage talent, develop inclusion and diversity programs, and engage employees.

In November 2013, Sangeetha became the Head of Human Resources at Cnetric Enterprise Solutions [P] Ltd. In this role, they established the HR function and led the team to instill a strong culture in the organization. Sangeetha also changed the workforce landscape by implementing new policies and processes around hiring, onboarding experience, talent & leadership development, performance management, and compensation philosophy. In addition, they were responsible for HR transformation and employee engagement.

In January 2017, Sangeetha joined Societe Generale Global Solution Centre as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they are responsible for partnering with the business in talent management, developing bespoke interventions for talent engagement, and working on inclusion and diversity programs. Sangeetha is also responsible for high impact programs of expertise development and strengthening managerial practices.

Most recently, in their role as Head HR Business Partner at Capco, Sangeetha has been responsible for leading the HR function and driving change across the organization. Sangeetha has implemented new policies and procedures around recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and compensation. Sangeetha has also been instrumental in introducing a chatbot for employee engagement and taking the Women In Leadership Program to the next level.

Sangeetha Natarajan has a BSC HONS in physics from Delhi University and a PGDBM from Sri Sringeri Sharada Institute Of Management. Sangeetha also has a certification from Aon Hewitt in Aon Hewitt Job Evaluation.
