David Webb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior ILS Manager at CAPDA CONSULTING since July 2023, David previously held the position of ILS Principal Consultant at Downer Professional Services from February 2020 to July 2023. Prior roles include ILS Consultant at Jacobs Australia Pty Ltd and Fleet Manager for the Cape Class Patrol Boats at the Australian Border Force. David has also worked with the Royal Australian Navy in various capacities, including Capability Manager and Project Manager, spanning a tenure of two decades from 1994 to 2016.
