Simon Vrij

Simon Vrij holds extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Simon serves as the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer at CAPDA CONSULTING since May 2014, and as Managing Director at Sterling Management Consulting Ltd since April 2016. Previous roles include Programme Manager at the Met Office, Owner of Sterling Interim Management, and Interim Programme Manager at the Land Registry. Simon has also contributed as Strategy & Change Director at Devon & Cornwall Constabulary and as Chief Operating Officer at the Rural Payments Agency. Simon's career began at Nat West, where contributions spanned several positions focused on sales, service, and performance improvement. Academic credentials include an MBA in Change & Programme Management from the University of Northampton and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the University of East London.
