Tess Smythe has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Commercial Manager at CAPE Dunstans since August 2019, where previous roles included Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant, and Finance Officer. Prior to this, Tess held the position of Contracts Admin/Finance at Indigenous Construction Resource Group from May 2017 to July 2019. Additional roles include Accounts Administrator/Procurement Coordinator at Tempo Australia Ltd.
