Andy Needel

Andy Needel has extensive experience in the field of education and employment for individuals with disabilities, currently serving as the Manager of Pre-Employment Transition Services at Cape Abilities since October 2015. In this role, Andy oversees the Pre-ETS program, which provides vital education and training in job exploration, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy for students aged 14-22 with disabilities. Prior to this position, Andy worked as a Vocational Specialist and Community Resource Specialist, and held teaching roles at Nauset Regional High School and The Cape Cod. Andy's academic credentials include a Master of Education in Special Education from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College.
