Matt Davis

Matt Davis is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Cape Associates, Inc. since January 2023, Matt has previously held notable positions, including Construction Manager at Toll Brothers from January 2019 to January 2023 and Superintendent at AvalonBay Communities from August 2015 to December 2018. Matt also has experience as an Assistant Superintendent and as the Owner of MHD Finish Carpentry & Handyman Services from October 2007 to August 2015. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the New England Institute of Technology, where education was completed between 2011 and 2013.
