Tess Jasmine McLeod is a seasoned professional in client engagement, marketing, and communications with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Client Engagement at Cape Capital since May 2022, Tess also founded Countess, specializing in event marketing and procurement services. Additional roles include Brand Manager & Ambassador at Poetry Spirits, and Advisory Board Member at SmartPurse, both established in 2023. Previously, Tess held senior positions at Quintet Private Bank as Managing Director and Group Head of Marketing and Client Experience, and UBS as Executive Director and Global Head of UHNW Client Engagement and Strategic Partnerships. Tess’s earlier roles include significant positions at Swiss Life Global Solutions, Goldman Sachs International, RBS International, and RBS Insurance. Tess holds a PG-Dip in Marketing from CIM and a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
