Cape Cod Community College
Joe is the Director of Facilities at 4Cs and has been with the College in this role for two years. He is responsible for Facilities Services, Project Management, Safety and Sustainability for the College.
He previously was a Vice President with an International Real Estate and Facilities Services firm, managing Facility Services for Procter & Gamble’s North American portfolio, with an operating budget of over $30 Million. Joe has worked for large companies such as P&G, Gillette, and Duracell with similar roles and prior to Facilities/Project Management, and also worked in the Construction Industry as a Project Manager. He has led successful projects at many Higher Ed Institutions such as M.I.T., Harvard, and Brandeis University.
In his last role, Joe was awarded the P&G Account Global LEADs Award (account M.V.P. 2010) and was awarded the 2015 Beacon Spotlight Award recognizing best of his firm’s people managers.
