Ken Thomas

Ken Thomas is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Learning and Development at The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank since July 2017. In addition, Ken holds a position as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Colorado Denver, teaching online courses in Instructional Design and eLearning. Previous roles include Manager of Learning and Development at United Federal Credit Union, where Ken transitioned training methodologies to incorporate technology-enabled strategies, and Owner of Rocky Mountain Alchemy, Inc. Ken has extensive teaching experience, having served as Adjunct Faculty in eLearning at the University of Denver. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master's degree in Training & Development / Organizational Communication from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts & Theatre from the University of Maryland.
