Michelle Skarbek

Michelle Skarbek has extensive experience in human resources and information technology. At Cape Cod Healthcare, from July 2014 to October 2020, Michelle served as Vice President of Human Resources and held roles as Executive Director of Compensation, HRIS & HR Operations, and Director of Compensation & HR Analytics. Prior to this, Michelle worked as an EDP Systems Analyst II at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where responsibilities included leading projects for campground reservation software implementation and testing software updates. Additionally, Michelle was an Application Support Specialist at Infinium Software, focusing on testing and supporting ONYX Customer Center software. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University between January 1990 and January 1994.
