The Information Technology team at Cape Cod Healthcare is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure and systems to ensure seamless healthcare delivery. This includes maintaining and optimizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, supporting ancillary and ambulatory information systems, managing Citrix environments, and ensuring the integration and development of business intelligence solutions. They also handle enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and IT business management to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the healthcare network.
