Michelle S. is an experienced veterinary professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists since February 2023. Previously, Michelle held the position of Veterinary Nursing Development Coordinator at Veterinary Emergency Group from January 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician at multiple institutions, including Cornell University Veterinary Specialists and Tufts VETS. With a strong foundation in veterinary care, including roles as an ICU and surgery technician, Michelle has developed a diverse skill set. Currently pursuing advanced degrees in Leadership and Human Resources Development, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Michelle is also expanding expertise in recruiting and acquisition through a certificate program at Cornell University.
