Colin Caviness Pe

Colin Caviness, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer at Cape Environmental Management, Inc., with extensive experience in project management within the environmental and military sectors. Since joining Cape Environmental Management in August 2011, Colin has led significant projects such as the Clean, Inspect, and Repair Upper Tank Farm Tanks at Joint Base Pearl Harbor—Hickam, valued at $8.3 million. Previously, Colin held the position of Project Engineer II, overseeing the construction of a Hydrant Fuel System at JB Charleston, and worked on various other engineering projects with organizations like USACE and GSA. Prior to this role, Colin served at Kubota Tractor Corporation, managing tool production and supporting dealer maintenance processes.
