Colin Caviness, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer at Cape Environmental Management, Inc., with extensive experience in project management within the environmental and military sectors. Since joining Cape Environmental Management in August 2011, Colin has led significant projects such as the Clean, Inspect, and Repair Upper Tank Farm Tanks at Joint Base Pearl Harbor—Hickam, valued at $8.3 million.
