Lucas Mignogna Pe

Lucas Mignogna, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the QC System Manager at Cape Environmental Management Inc since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing environmental remediation projects such as the Combe Fill South Landfill Superfund Site. With a strong background in quality control and field engineering, Lucas has managed multiple sites, including Pearl Harbor Sediments and various Superfund sites. Prior experience includes roles as a Construction Engineer at Fluor Corporation on significant multi-billion dollar projects, and as a Coal Operations Support Engineer at CONSOL Energy. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Civil and Environmental - Mining Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Saint Francis University. Lucas has also contributed to educational initiatives as a Contributing Author at the School of PE and has a robust research background, particularly in hydraulic barriers in underground coal mines.
