In 2010, they joined Cape Fear Eye Associates as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and continues to hold this position.
Michael Williams attended Appalachian State University from 1971 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Financial Accounting and Management. Michael then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Fayetteville State University.
