Ethan Walters

Ethan Walters, MPA, currently serves as a Strategy and Performance Analyst at Cape Fear Public Utility Authority since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ethan was an Office of Strategy MPA Fellow at New Hanover County from October 2022 to May 2023 and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina Wilmington while pursuing a Master's in Public Administration from August 2021 to May 2023. Additional experience includes an internship at the UNCW Center for Social Impact and previously holding positions at CastleBranch and Chick-fil-A, where roles included Associate Account Executive and Mobile Sales Leader respectively. Ethan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, from North Carolina State University, graduating in 2019.
