Nicolette Fulton

Nicolette Fulton currently serves as Authority Attorney for the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nicolette was Senior Associate City Attorney for the City of Raleigh from January 2009 to April 2022, where responsibilities included representing the City in litigation across various court levels and collaborating with city, state, and county departments on enforcement of ordinances. Earlier experience includes owning The Fulton Law Firm, focusing on general legal practice and advocacy, and serving as a managing partner at Fulton & Cooke, PLLC, specializing in Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, Family Law, and Civil Litigation. Nicolette holds a Doctor of Law degree from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
