Michael Bartlett

Michael Bartlett has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Michael started their career as a Managing Consultant at Deltek in 1995. From 2002 to 2007, they served as the Corporate Controller at ENSCO, Inc., where they managed a staff of 15 and oversaw all accounting and finance functions. Michael then worked at Kearney & Company as the Chief Financial Officer, leading revenue growth from $22M to $78M in less than two years. At Aegis Defense Services LLC, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Controller, responsible for various corporate support organizations. Michael later joined Northrop Grumman Information Systems as the Manager of Regulatory Compliance and Government Relations, where they managed compliance functions for the $9 billion IS Sector. Michael then worked at PwC Public Sector LLP as the Controller and later as the Director of Ethics and Compliance. Michael achieved significant business operational results and facilitated revenue growth from $280M to $500M in less than two years. At ITA Consulting LLC, they served as a Principal, delivering high-level strategic and operational services to clients. Currently, Michael is the Chief Financial Officer at Cape Fox Shared Services, providing leadership in various financial areas and managing the finance, accounting, and information technology departments.

Michael Bartlett earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business. Michael attended the college from 1987 to 1991.
