Irene Arends-Everts

Irene Arends-Everts is the owner of WE P&O-consultancy in Drachten, providing HR advisory and mediation services since September 2004. With extensive experience as an interim HR manager for various companies such as Landman Notariaat & Mediation, CAPE Holland, Ziegler Brandweertechniek B.V., and DeLaval, Irene supports management in implementing HR policies, overseeing absenteeism cases, conducting recruitment, and advising on labor law. Irene has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Hanze University and furthered expertise through specialization in mediation and conflict management, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Contextual Helpverlening at Christelijke Hogeschool Ede.
