Justus Thompson (He-Him-His)

Justus Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justus is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of CAPE Inclusion, a company that specializes in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Justus also hosts the podcast "Finding Diversity: The Missing Piece," where they explore DE&I issues and invites experts to share their perspectives. Justus has been a part of the Denver ScaleUp Network, a training program for local startups, and has participated in the Techstars Chicago Accelerator. Justus has also worked as an Associate at Techstars and served as a Student Ambassador at Concordia University. In addition, they have gained experience as an intern at PGA TOUR, a peer instructor at Concordia University, and a club member associate at Blackstone Country Club. Justus has also contributed as an assistant track and field coach for the Town of Parker, Colorado.
