Mike Dorval

Michael Dorval has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Brewer III/Shift Brewer at Cape May Brewing Company since February 2022, where responsibilities include operating a 30BBL brewhouse, maintaining lab equipment, and managing fermentation processes. Prior roles include Brewer II/Cellar Person at the same company, and Cellar Person at Beach Haus Brewery, where daily operations and equipment management were key tasks. Michael also worked as an Assistant Brewer at Flytrap Brewing Company and ManaFirkin Brewing Company, gaining foundational skills in brewing processes and operations. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Recreation Management and Business/Hospitality Administration, Michael brings a solid educational background to the brewing field.
