Kimberly Tracy is a Manager at Cape Resorts, currently overseeing operations at Tommy's Folly at Congress Hall, which includes a coffee shop, boutique, general store, and home store. Prior to this role, Kimberly gained experience as a Server at The Ugly Mug and Taqueria Feliz. Kimberly also had a sales internship at Verathon medical. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.

Their partnership has spanned 20 years with Craig focusing on New York residential development and Curtis on hospitality. New projects soon followed, including the Beach Shack, Sandpiper and Star Inn in Cape May and the 67 room Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor which opened in May of 2015.
