Øystein N. Øksenvåg has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at the Nordic Cultural Centre Nanjing in 2010. Øystein N. Øksenvåg 欧克森 completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006-2009 from the University of Oslo (UiO) in the fields of Chinese language, political science, and history. In 2007, they attended an exchange programme at Peking University, focusing on Chinese. In 2009-2011, they completed a Master of Arts degree in political science and comparative historical research from UiO. In 2016-2018, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of South-Eastern Norway, focusing on Education.
