Anne Hammill Pasqua

Anne Hammill Pasqua is a Partner at Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. since August 2001, specializing in workers' compensation defense, representing employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers, as well as handling Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation and Defense Base Act matters. Previously, from August 2000 to August 2001, Anne served as a Judicial Clerk to Director/Chief Judge Paul A. Kapalko at the Division of Workers' Compensation in the State of New Jersey. Anne earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law between 1997 and 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from The College of New Jersey from 1994 to 1997.
