Romi Kadri has extensive work experience across various industries and roles. Starting in 2012, Kadri worked as a Management Partner at Executive Digital Management LLC until 2017. In 2014, Kadri joined Sonos, Inc. as an Innovation Manager, a role held until 2018. Kadri also served as a Board Member at Naked Energy Ltd from 2018 to 2019. From 2015, Kadri has been a Managing Partner at Capella Partners. Kadri joined the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship in 2018 as an Executive Advisory Board Member and became a Board Member at TADA Cognitive Solutions the same year. Additionally, Kadri served as a Registered Representative at Capella Securities LLC from 2018. Kadri's involvement with the Civil Air Patrol as a Mission Pilot began in 2016. In 2019, Kadri assumed the role of VP Power Management at TAE Technologies, Inc. before transitioning to Chief of Staff, Power in 2021, a position held until 2022. Kadri was also a Board Member at the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Central Coast from 2019 to 2021.

Romi Kadri attended Hyndland Secondary School in Glasgow from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained Standard Grade & Higher qualifications. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Anniesland College for Manufacturing Engineering. During the same period, they also studied Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Glasgow Caledonian University. Romi then pursued a degree in Engineering & Entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, earning an S.B. degree.
