Keith Spicher

Keith Spicher is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Corporate Controller at Capella Space since April 2021, Keith previously held the positions of CFO and VP of Finance at Spire from October 2016 to October 2020. At IAC Publishing, from March 2015 to September 2016, responsibilities included financial accounting, reporting, and SOX compliance for various subsidiary brands. A consultant at DeWinter Group from March 2013 to March 2015, Keith advised leading Silicon Valley firms on financial reporting and compliance. Prior experience includes partner roles at RSM US LLP and SingerLewak LLP, offering assurance and advisory services, and a 15-year tenure at EY providing services across multiple industries. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
