Bruce Carl Brydges

Bruce Carl Brydges is an experienced academic leader currently serving as Faculty, Mentor, and Chair at Capella University since April 2017. Additionally, Bruce holds the positions of Associate Dean of Assessment and Dean of Assessment for the College of Humanities and Sciences at the University of Phoenix, a role that encompasses developing and implementing assessment strategies to enhance student learning and continuous improvement. Previous positions include Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management at State University of New York at Potsdam and Director of Academic Assessment at SUNY Potsdam. Bruce's background also includes extensive experience in institutional research and assessment roles at Clarkson University and Nova Southeastern University, where responsibilities spanned accreditation activities and supervision of academic advising. Bruce's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Child & Youth Studies from Nova Southeastern University and multiple degrees in education and theology from recognized institutions.
