Katie Hays

Katie Hays has extensive experience in higher education and customer service. Since May 2015, Katie has served as both an Admissions Representative and Financial Aid Representative at Capella University. Prior to this role, Katie gained valuable experience as a Student Worker at North Central University from January 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities included giving tours, data entry, and working in a call center. Earlier, Katie worked as a Sales Associate at Wet Seal, LLC from March 2010 to August 2011, focusing on customer assistance, cashier duties, and store maintenance. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Children and Family Ministry from North Central University, obtained in 2015.
