Marni Tovsen

Marni Tovsen, Ed.D, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Optimum RV since March 2022 and has been an Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management at Capella University since August 2010. With a robust background in human resources, Tovsen has held key roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at Tibbetts Lumber Co., Director of Human Resources & Risk Management at Award Staffing, and Education and Training Advisor for the United States Air Force. Tovsen's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Adult Education/Human Resources Development from North Carolina State University and a Master of Arts in the same field from the University of South Florida, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language from Florida State University.
