Shelby Rheault

Shelby Rheault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enrollment counseling at Capella University since February 2002, currently serving as the Lead Enrollment Counselor. In this role, Shelby provides guidance to prospective students interested in various doctoral programs in Public Safety and their associated concentrations.
