Walter Chesley

Walter Chesley is the former Chief Human Resources Officer for Hennepin Healthcare System. Before this role, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Agiliti Corporation, a publicly traded medical equipment and device outsourcing company, Chief Administrative Officer at Children’s Hospitals & Clinics Minnesota/Upper Midwest and Vice President, Human Resources with Ceridian Corporation. Prior to these roles, Walter worked for the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he held various executive and managerial roles.

With a lifelong commitment to community service, Walter has served on the boards of Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota, Community Health Charities, Minnesota Association of Private Colleges, Minneapolis Community Technical College Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Minnesota and YMCA of the North.

Walter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications at Boston University and a law degree from the American University Washington College of Law.
