Will Flower

Will Flower is an experienced professional in business development and coaching, currently serving as the New Business Development Manager at Capelli Sport since December 2019, focusing on institutional sales, club sales, and event planning. Previously, Will held the position of Director of Coaching at ATSC and STA, where responsibilities included game scheduling, budgeting, and coaching across various age groups. Will also worked as a Multi Sports Coach for primary and junior schools at Sports Plus Scheme Ltd and as a Football Coach for UK-Elite-Soccer. Early in Will's career, administrative experience was gained at The Princess Grace Hospital. Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Football Coaching and Performance from the University of South Wales.
