Serge Vieira

Serge Vieira has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Directeur technique at CAPELLI since June 2019. Previously held similar roles at Nacarat and Sogeprom Centre Val de Loire, overseeing multiple residential and commercial property projects, including feasibility studies, technical follow-up, and project management. Notable projects include residential developments such as "Les Patios d’Or" and "Le Carré d'Or," as well as significant office space in Olivet.
