Bobby Scott

Bobby Scott has over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry. Bobby currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Capes Shipping Agencies. Prior to that, Bobby held various roles at T. Parker Host, including Head of Agency - Administration, Vice President of Operations, Regional Manager for the US Southeast, Operations Manager, and Boarding Agent. Bobby has demonstrated expertise in developing operating policies and procedures, financial performance analysis, safety program oversight, and leading large teams across multiple offices.

Bobby Scott obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from William & Mary in the years 1994 to 1998. Bobby also holds additional certifications in Leadership Development, Basic Principles of Chartering, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
