Andrew Shanfeld

Andrew (Andy) Shanfeld has extensive experience in real estate law, corporate matters, leasing, and shopping centers. At Capes Sokol, Andrew (Andy) serves as an Attorney and Shareholder, providing counsel to various clients in acquiring, financing, leasing, and selling properties. Prior to this role, Andrew (Andy) was a Counsel at Stinson LLP for over two decades, where Andrew (Andy) worked on a wide range of real estate and corporate transactions. Shanfeld holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BS in Business with a Finance Major from Miami University.
