Tudor Octavian Tomescu

Tudor Octavian Tomescu has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of infrastructure, project management, and digitalization, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure, Head of Project Management, and Head of Digitalization at CAPEX.com since November 2017, as well as the Chief Information Officer at CAPEX Tech since April 2023. Prior to these positions, Tudor Tomescu operated as a self-employed person since May 2015 and contributed as a Research Assistant at the Romanian Academy's Institute of World Economy from March 2015 to September 2016. Tudor Tomescu also held the role of Partnerships Specialist at Lead Capital Markets Ltd from November 2015 to May 2016 and worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Structural Euro Fond & Training from April 2014 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Business and Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Romanian American University, complemented by a high school degree in Mathematics and Informatics with Intensive English from National College I. L. Caragiale in Bucharest.
