Abhijit Bhattacharjee

Abhijit Bhattacharjee currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit at Capgemini in India since January 2023. Previously, Abhijit held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at IBM India Private Limited from August 2008 to December 2022, where leadership in Executive Succession & Development was emphasized, focusing on critical business roles and talent assessment. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Telelogic India Pvt. Ltd. from March 2007 to July 2008, overseeing HR functions for a diverse organization, and as Manager of Human Resources at Kyocera Wireless Pvt. Ltd. from March 2004 to March 2007, leading HR for CDMA hand-phone development. Abhijit holds an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service and completed 10th CBSE at DAV Ranchi.
