Alexander Weihs is currently an Agile Coach at Capgemini and a founding member of Gilde Agile Organisationsentwicklung e.V., where they focus on agile organizational development and community learning. Previously, they served as a company commander in the rapid reaction forces of the Bundeswehr from 1987 to 1999. Following this, Alexander worked as a consultant at confidence consult AG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and spent nine years at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant. From 2012 to 2023, they held the position of Senior Manager at Braincourt GmbH, specializing in agile coaching and organizational development.
