Alhad Shevde is an experienced recruitment and resource management professional with over 17 years of expertise in leading high-volume recruiting organizations and managing resource functions across multiple business units. Currently serving as Director of Recruitment at Capgemini since June 2016, Alhad previously held roles at IGATE, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment for the BFS business unit and overseeing resource management initiatives in North America. With further experience as Sr. Manager of Supply Chain and Operations Management at Patni Computer System and Director of Business Development at Millitech Systems, Alhad has a well-rounded background in business development and operations, specializing in software services and technology platforms.
