Razia Shaikh is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience across multiple global regions. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment at Synechron since February 2024, Razia is focused on developing talent acquisition strategies in cutting-edge technologies, particularly in GE AI and Cloud innovations. Prior to this role, Razia held leadership positions at BNY Mellon, Eaton, Emagine People Solutions Pvt Ltd., Capgemini, Hexagon Executive Search, ERS CONSULTANTS, and ICICI Bank, showcasing a strong track record in recruitment management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Razia holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and St Mira’s College for Girls, respectively.
