Amar Shah is a seasoned Delivery & Capability Leader with over 22 years of experience across delivery, capability, and presales leadership, as well as program management and practice development. Amar has managed and delivered large-scale strategic projects, driving sustainable business outcomes and enhancing customer experiences globally through collaboration with diverse teams. They previously served as the Oracle Capability Lead for the Asia Pacific at Capgemini, focusing on capability development and delivery transformation initiatives, and continue to lead the Presales unit for Oracle Service Line in the Asia Pacific markets. Amar is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering and Productivity from the Mahindra Institute of Software Engineering and Management.
