With a strong background that includes roles such as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Oliver Wyman and Principal in the Accelerated Solutions Environment at Capgemini, Andy has extensive experience in driving strategic change, digital transformation, and optimizing utility operations across various sectors, including energy, utilities, and automotive.
