Ashish Patharkar

Ashish Patharkar possesses extensive experience in human resources and technology management, exemplified by his role as Executive Vice President and Group Head of HR Operations at Capgemini, where responsibilities included overseeing global HR operations for over 360,000 employees and driving product rollouts and HR strategy. Prior to this, Ashish served as Head of India Capabilities, enhancing the workforce of the 180,000-employee India hub, and also held the position of EVP & Group Industrialization & Automation, focusing on global initiatives within the organization. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President at Mahindra Satyam, where delivery and client management in Banking and Financial Services were central, and as Senior Manager at Cummins Inc., overseeing the migration and development of technology systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Computer Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an Advance Diploma in Computer Science from Symbiosis International University.
