Cedric Thevenet

Cedric Thevenet has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security, having held senior positions at multiple organizations. Notably, Cedric served as Vice President and Deputy Group Chief Cybersecurity Officer at Capgemini, where significant transformations in operations were initiated to enhance detection and response capabilities. In previous roles, Cedric was the Chief Information Security Officer at Sodexo, contributing to policy alignment across 35 countries, and the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Société Générale, where involvement in a large security transformation project and the internal cloud platform's security automation took place. Cedric's early career included impactful advisory roles for the French government as an Intelligence Officer, alongside consultancy work in the private sector. Academic achievements include two Master's degrees in Information Security & Risks Management and Strategic Management & Economic Intelligence. Cedric has also contributed to academia as a lecturer in cybersecurity.
