Claire Hamilton

Claire Hamilton is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the UK Head of Talent Acquisition at Capgemini since May 2022, overseeing all aspects of hiring in the UK, including strategies for diversity and under-represented groups. With a solid background at IBM from September 2011 to May 2022, Claire held various roles including Global Delivery Project Executive, where the focus was on delivering talent acquisition services for Kyndryl and managing key global accounts. Additional experience includes positions at Korn Ferry Futurestep as Global Account Director and Alexander Mann Solutions as Client Services Manager for Vodafone, along with a strong educational foundation in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
